Connect Meeeters to Webflow

Native connector: one token to paste, two minutes total. Drafts from your SEO audit land straight in your Webflow CMS, as drafts you review in the Editor.

1
1. Generate a site API token in Webflow
In Webflow, open Site settings → Apps & integrations → API access and click Generate API token. Give it CMS read + write and Sites read permissions. Copy the token, it is shown only once.
2
2. Paste it in Meeeters Settings
In your Meeeters dashboard, open Settings → Connect your site, pick Webflow (pre-selected if we detected Webflow on your site), paste the token and click Connect. We find your blog collection and its rich text field automatically, nothing else to configure.
3
3. Send drafts from your SEO audit
Generate a draft from any recommendation in your audit, review it, then click Send to Webflow (draft). The article is created as a draft item in your collection: title, body converted to rich text, and meta description if your collection has a matching text field.
4
4. Publish from Webflow
Items arrive as drafts in your collection. Review them in the Editor, fill any extra required fields (cover image, author), then publish your site as usual. Nothing goes live without you.
5
Alternative for automation builders: signed webhook
Prefer routing through Make, Zapier or n8n? Choose Webhook instead and map the signed payload to a Create CMS item action. The webhook guide has the exact payload and signature verification code.

Frequently asked questions

Quick answers to the questions people ask most about this topic.

?
Is there a native Webflow connector?

Yes. Paste a Webflow site API token in Meeeters Settings and we auto-detect your blog collection and its fields. Drafts are created directly in your CMS, never published without you.

?
Which collection do drafts go to?

We pick the collection whose name looks like a blog (blog, posts, articles, news), or the first collection with a rich text field. The connection screen confirms which one was selected. If you have no CMS collection with a rich text field yet, create one first.

?
What scopes does the token need?

CMS read + write, and Sites read. You generate the token in Webflow under Site settings, Apps and integrations, API access. It is stored server-side only and never shown again.

?
Can I still use Make or Zapier?

Yes, the signed webhook remains available as an advanced option. Point it at a Make/Zapier webhook trigger and map title, meta_description and markdown to a Create CMS item action. Most Webflow users no longer need this.

?
Does the token give Meeeters access to my whole site?

No. The scopes limit it to CMS items and basic site info. Meeeters creates draft items in one collection, and that is all it can do: it cannot edit your designs, your pages, your custom code or your site settings. You can revoke the token in Webflow at any time.

?
What if a draft contains a mistake?

It is a normal CMS item in your Webflow collection: open it in the Editor or Designer and fix it like any other item. Nothing is locked, the content is yours the moment it lands in your CMS.
