These terms govern your use of Meeeters. By creating an account or using the service, you accept them. This is a plain summary of how the service works and is not a substitute for legal advice.

The service

Meeeters is a network that helps independent websites earn safe, verified backlinks. You are matched with relevant members, you place one dofollow link to a member, you earn a credit, and you receive a link from a different member. No reciprocal pair is created between two accounts.

Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate information about yourself and the website you register. You are responsible for the security of your account and for all activity that happens under it. One account is intended to represent the websites you genuinely control.

Free, Starter and Pro plans

The free plan includes a full SEO analysis, daily leads and the credit system. Paid plans are billed monthly: Starter is $5 per month and Pro is $40 per month. You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation stops the next renewal and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. The current period is not refunded.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service for spam, illegal content, malware, deceptive practices or any attempt to manipulate the network, including automated abuse, fake sites or links that are hidden or removed after verification. We may warn, shadowban, suspend or remove accounts that break these rules or that harm other members.

Links and verification

Placed links are checked automatically: the page must be accessible, the link present and the rel attribute dofollow. Removing an earned link after it has been counted, or repeatedly failing verification, may affect your credits and your access to the network.

No ranking guarantee

Search rankings depend on many factors controlled by search engines. We help you earn relevant, verified backlinks, but we do not guarantee specific positions, traffic or SEO results.

Intellectual property

The Meeeters name, logo, software and content belong to the publisher. You keep ownership of your own website and content. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service, such as displaying your domain and metrics to potential matches.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided on an as is basis. To the extent permitted by law, the publisher is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of rankings, traffic or revenue arising from the use of the service.

Suspension and termination

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are broken or if required to protect the network or comply with the law.

Changes

We may update the service and these terms. Significant changes will be communicated through the site or by email. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Morges, canton of Vaud, Switzerland, subject to any mandatory legal provisions.
